While we take all reasonable measures to maintain temperature control and chain-of-custody during transport, we cannot be held responsible for:
Med Temp's liability for loss or damage is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the shipment or $100, unless a higher value is declared and additional insurance coverage is purchased.

Fees for our services will be communicated at the time of booking or under the terms of a signed service agreement. All payments are due within the time period specified on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to interest and/or suspension of services.
All content on this Site—including logos, text, graphics, and service descriptions—is the property of Med Temp Transport Inc. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without express written permission.
